IN AN EFFORT TO ENSURE ALL “NATURAL BROWN” CAMBODIAN HAIR BUNDLES ARE READY TO BE BLEACHED/DYED, EACH BUNDLE GOES THROUGH BLEACH TESTING TO VERIFY THEIR LIFTING CAPABILITIES TO #613 DURING ORDER PROCESSING.
PAYMENT TERMS
PAYMENT METHODS OUTSIDE OF FINANCING WILL BE CHARGED 100% OF THE ORDER TOTAL. MAJOR CREDIT CARDS, DEBIT CARDS, AND FLEXIBLE PAYMENT OPTIONS ARE ACCEPTED. NUDEHAIRCOMPANY TAKES A ZERO-TOLERANCE APPROACH TO CREDIT CARD FRAUD AND MERCHANDISE THEFT. ANY FRAUDULENT ACTIVITY WILL BE FLAGGED AND PROSECUTED TO THE FURTHEST EXTENT OF THE LAW. ONCE PAYMENT HAS BEEN CONFIRMED, ORDERS CANNOT BE CANCELED, CHANGED, OR REFUNDED. DISPUTES
DUE TO THE NATURE OF THE PRODUCTS SOLD AT NUDEHAIRCOMPANY, ALL DISPUTES WILL BE CHALLENGED. BEFORE RESORTING TO FILING A DISPUTE, PLEASE REACH OUT TO NUDEHAIRCOMPANY TO DISCUSS ANY CONCERNS AND POTENTIAL RESOLUTIONS.
ORDER PROCESSING (7-14 day shipping)
NUDEHAIRCOMPANY PROCESSES ORDERS MONDAY-FRIDAY. ANY ORDERS PLACED ON FRIDAY, SATURDAY, OR SUNDAY WILL BE PROCESSED THE FOLLOWING MONDAY. ONCE SHIPPED, ORDERS WILL ARRIVE WITHIN THE TIMEFRAME SELECTED AT CHECKOUT. PLEASE NOTE THAT HOLIDAYS ARE NOT CONSIDERED BUSINESS DAYS. THIS MUST BE CONSIDERED WHEN PLACING AN ORDER. NUDEHAIRCOMPANY IS NOT LIABLE FOR ANY SHIPMENT DELAYS ONCE A PACKAGE IS RECEIVED BY THE CARRIER. TO ENSURE TIMELY DELIVERY, IT IS RECOMMENDED THAT ORDERS BE PLACED WELL IN ADVANCE TO ACCOUNT FOR POSSIBLE DELAYS.
SIGNATURE UPON DELIVERY
TO ENSURE ALL CUSTOMERS FEEL A SENSE OF SECURITY WHEN AWAITING A PACKAGE OF HIGH VALUE, A SIGNATURE WILL BE REQUIRED AT THE TIME OF DELIVERY FOR ALL SHIPMENTS FROM NUDEHAIRCOMPANY. SIGNATURES CANNOT BE WAIVED. IF THE RECIPIENT WILL NOT BE PRESENT AT THE TIME OF DELIVERY, THEY SHOULD CONTACT UPS TO ARRANGE FOR A DIFFERENT DELIVERY OPTION. IN THESE INSTANCES “HOLD FOR PICKUP” IS THE MOST IDEAL DELIVERY OPTION.
FAILED DELIVERIES, REFUSED SHIPMENTS, AND INCORRECT/INCOMPLETE SHIPPING ADDRESSES
WHEN IN THE PROCESS OF PLACING AN ORDER, PLEASE CHECK THAT THE SHIPPING ADDRESS PROVIDED IS CORRECT, COMPLETE, AND VALID. BECAUSE ORDERS ARE SHIPPED TO THE ADDRESS PROVIDED AT CHECKOUT, THE INFORMATION PROVIDED MUST BE WITHOUT ERROR. IF A PACKAGE APPEARS LOST IN TRANSIT OR THERE IS AN ISSUE WITH THE STATUS OF A PACKAGE, PLEASE CONTACT NUDEHAIRCOMPANY. NUDEHAIRCOMPANY CANNOT GUARANTEE THAT LOST PACKAGES WILL BE RECOVERED HOWEVER, NUDEHAIRCOMPANY WILL TRY ITS BEST TO RESOLVE THE ISSUE. IF THE CARRIER RESOLVES THE CLAIM, OPTIONS OF RESHIPMENT OR A REFUND WILL BE DISCUSSED. IF THE CARRIER DOES NOT RESOLVE THE CLAIM, NUDEHAIRCOMPANY CANNOT GUARANTEE THESE OPTIONS WILL BE AVAILABLE.
