SIMPLICITY IS NHCO’S NUMBER ONE PRIORITY AND THAT DOESN’T STOP AT HAIR. ALL SHIPMENTS FROM NHCO INCLUDE A PREPAID RETURN LABEL, MAKING RETURNING A PACKAGE EASY AND FREE TO DO. TO INITIATE A RETURN, PLEASE EMAIL. IN THIS EMAIL, PLEASE INCLUDE YOUR ORDER NUMBER AND THE REASON FOR THE RETURN. ONCE YOU RECEIVE CONFIRMATION THAT NHCO IS AWAITING YOUR RETURN, HEAD TO YOUR LOCAL POST OFFICE AND HAND OVER THE PACKAGE WITH THE RETURN LABEL READILY AVAILABLE. ALL RETURNS ARRIVE AT NUDEHAIRCOMPANY IN 1-3 BUSINESS DAYS. AFTER YOUR PACKAGE HAS BEEN RECEIVED, NHCO WILL INSPECT THE PACKAGE TO ENSURE ALL ITEMS ARE IN THE BOX AND THE HAIR IS UNWORN. ONCE YOUR PACKAGE HAS BEEN CLEARED, A FULL REFUND WILL BE MADE TO THE ORIGINAL FORM OF PAYMENT. NHCO WILL BE SURE TO PROACTIVELY COMMUNICATE THROUGHOUT THE ENTIRE RETURN PROCESS. PLEASE REVIEW THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION CAREFULLY TO ENSURE YOUR PACKAGE IS ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN AND READY TO BE SHIPPED BACK TO NHCO.

HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO RETURN MY PACKAGE?
ONCE AN ORDER IS RECEIVED BY THE CUSTOMER, THEY HAVE UP TO 10 DAYS AFTER THE DELIVERY DATE TO INITIATE AND CARRY OUT A RETURN FOR A FULL REFUND. AFTER 10 DAYS THE ORDER WILL NO LONGER BE ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN. ALL CUSTOMERS SHOULD OPEN THEIR PACKAGE UPON ITS ARRIVAL TO ENSURE THERE ARE NO IMMEDIATE ISSUES THAT WOULD CALL FOR A REFUND.
HOW ARE NUDEHAIRCOMPANY’S ORDERS SHIPPED?
ALL ORDERS ARE SHIPPED IN A STANDARD BROWN SHIPPING BOX. INSIDE THE BOX IS A PREPAID RETURN LABEL, A PACKING SLIP, AND A CUSTOM MAILER BOX. THE MAILER BOX CONTAINS THE TAGGED HAIR INSIDE OF PLASTIC PACKAGING, A “THANK YOU” CARD, AND AN “AFTERCARE” CARD.
HOW DO I KNOW IF MY ORDER IS ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN?
FOR AN ORDER TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN, ALL PACKAGING MUST BE INTACT. THE HAIR MUST BE UNUSED AND IN ITS ORIGINAL PLASTIC PACKAGING INSIDE THE CUSTOM MAILER BOX. THE "THANK YOU" AND "AFTERCARE" CARDS MUST ALSO BE INSIDE. THE MAILER BOX CONTAINING THE PRODUCT SHOULD BE INSIDE THE BROWN SHIPPING BOX WITH THE PACKING SLIP. THE ONLY ITEM THAT SHOULD NOT REMAIN INSIDE OF THE BROWN SHIPPING BOX IS THE RETURN LABEL.
WILL MY PACKAGE BE CLEARED FOR A REFUND ONCE NUDEHAIRCOMPANY RECEIVES THE RETURN?
IF THE PACKAGE IS RETURNED THE WAY IT WAS RECEIVED BY THE CUSTOMER, IT WILL BE CLEARED AND A REFUND WILL BE ISSUED IMMEDIATELY. ULTIMATELY, IT IS OF UTMOST IMPORTANCE THAT THE PRODUCT BEING RETURNED IS INSIDE OF THE PACKAGE AND UNALTERED. IN THE RARE EVENT THAT A RETURNED PACKAGE IS NOT CLEARED DUE TO MISSING ITEMS OR ALTERATIONS MADE TO THE PRODUCT, NUDEHAIRCOMPANY WILL REACH OUT TO DISCUSS POSSIBLE SOLUTIONS TO REMEDY THE ISSUE AMICABLY.
HOW WILL I BE REFUNDED IF I USED AFTERPAY AT CHECKOUT?
WHEN AN ORDER IS CANCELLED OR REFUNDED, THE PAYMENT IS RETURNED TO AFTERPAY. FROM THERE, AFTERPAY REFUNDS THE CUSTOMER’S DOWN PAYMENT, AND ANY INSTALLMENTS THEY’VE MADE UP UNTIL THAT POINT. IF NUDEHAIRCOMPANY ISSUES A PARTIAL REFUND, THE CUSTOMER’S PAYMENT PLAN CHANGES TO REFLECT THE NEW OUTSTANDING BALANCE. AFTERPAY’S TRANSACTION FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.
LEGITIMATE REASONS TO INITIATE A RETURN INCLUDE:
UNMET COLOR, LENGTH, QUALITY AND OR TEXTURE EXPECTATIONS
THE CUSTOMER SIMPLY CHANGED THEIR MIND ABOUT THE PRODUCT
THE CUSTOMER WOULD PREFER TO ORDER SOMETHING DIFFERENT FROM NUDEHAIRCOMPANY WITH THE PROJECTED REFUNDED AMOUNT
NUDEHAIRCOMPANY IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY ILL-FITTING WIGS. PLEASE BE SURE TO MEASURE YOUR HEAD BEFORE SELECTING A CAP SIZE AND PURCHASING A UNIT.
